This sounds like a tough start to the diet, but I’ll give it a shot…the Tracy Anderson Diet seems to be working for so many people, why can’t it work for me?

  2. TracyAndersonDiet says:

All it takes is the first step with this diet. It seems tough from the outside looking in, but it really does work well. Try it for 30 days and see how you feel. It is not a long term commitment, but has the potential to change your life!

  3. Lacy says:

I got the book 30-Day Method and started today. I really like it. There is nothing in the book about baby food. Is there another diet?

    • Tracy Anderson Diet says:

Hello….there is nothing about baby food in the book, the book is just her workout and diet method. The baby food diet is something that she recommends for celebrities who are trying to lose weight extremely quickly and not put more weight back on. I am not sure I would recommend it though, because it is actually pretty miserable. Here is a link on her take on the baby food diet.
