How the Tracy Anderson Diet Began
Tracy Anderson has developed an amazing approach to diet, weight loss, and exercise. She has the background and the credentials to do so. Tracy spent a good portion of her teenage and early twenty’s dancing in New York city, and along the way she experienced the struggle and challenges of trying to maintain a perfect figure on almost no food.
