Review of the Tracy Anderson Diet


The Tracy Anderson Diet is a 30 day body makeover.  It is a great way to completely overhaul your current body and by the end of the 30 days, not only will you look like a new woman, you will also feel like one.  To me feeling great is the best part of this whole diet, but the looking good doesn’t hurt either!

Breakdown of the Tracy Anderson Diet

The Tracy Anderson Diet is made up of a couple of different parts.

In the first part of the book, you will learn how to get the most out of the Tracy Anderson Diet.  You will setup your goals and also get your motivation set, so you will get the most success out of the diet.  This part was my favorite, because it helped me get clear about why I was doing the diet in the first place.  It was what I kept looking back to, to stay motivated with the diet.  It is totally worth it by the way.  This diet is a great jump start for anyone who wants to get back in shape or take their fitness to a new level.  It is personally tailored to everyone who does it.  This is really like having Tracy as your own personal trainer.

During the Tracy Anderson Diet, you will do a different sequence of exercises for 10 days.  These sequences are specifically tailored to get your body into the best shape.  The Tracy Anderson diet will not make you a body builder, because Tracy is a dancer and knows how to keep women’s bodies toned and feminine at the same time.  The sequences are great for looking great, but are also fun to do as well.  I was not bored one minute during the Tracy Anderson Diet.

This diet is about accessing the power within you and radiating it from the inside out.  I know I want my beauty to come from the inside out, because then it is true beauty.  I am glad to say that from using the Tracy Anderson Diet and Method, I have found that inner beauty and sense of strength that I was looking for.
